Questions owners ask.

What happens to my domain and email?

You retain ownership of your domain. We review your current setup, agree on the access needed and plan the launch around your existing email. Business email migration is not included in the website build.

Can we keep my photos, content and existing Google visibility?

We agree on what to keep, improve and replace, including your photos and useful content. You confirm permission to use supplied materials. We review existing page addresses and plan redirects where needed. Search rankings and traffic cannot be guaranteed.

Who hosts the website, and what does it cost?

Hosting is separate from the $1,500 build. We agree on the provider, cost, ownership and ongoing support before you pay the deposit. You can use your own compatible hosting account or request a separate managed-hosting quote. Domain renewals and business email are separate costs.

How fast is it, really?

We agree on preview and launch dates after discussing the scope. The build starts after your deposit and required materials arrive; feedback and access delays can move the launch date.

What do you need from me?

Your logo, 10 to 20 photos of finished jobs (phone photos are fine), your services and the towns you work in. A 20-minute call covers the rest.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain and the site are yours, with access and handover included after final payment.

Will this get me to the top of Google?

No one can honestly guarantee rankings. Every site includes page titles, descriptions and a link to your existing Google Business Profile. Rankings depend on many factors; ongoing SEO and profile management are not included.

What if I don't like the preview?

Then you owe nothing. For projects that fit, you review the homepage concept before agreeing on written scope and paying the deposit.
